How a workshop works at The Mayflower
Have you ever wanted to step into the world of the florist - surrounded by color, scent and creativity? Our flower bouquet workshops are the perfect way to do just that. Whether you choose to make a bouquet or a wreath, you'll spend a few glorious hours in our Hornsgatan shop, creating something beautiful and learning our best florist tricks.
A creative break in everyday life
Spring bouquet course on November 9 from 14-16 is a perfect way to spend a fall afternoon. We'll work with fresh, seasonal flowers picked especially for this workshop - and we'll prepare all the stems in advance, so you can focus on the fun part: creating! Book the bouquet workshop.
If you would rather have a cozy evening activity, our wreath-making class on November 11 from 18:30 to 20:30 is a perfect after-work treat. Bring a friend (or several!), enjoy something good to eat and drink - we always provide snacks and drinks, and of course take allergies and non-alcoholic requests into account - and let your creativity flow. What you learn
You go home with more than just your beautiful creation.
During the workshop we share tips and tricks from the everyday life of a florist - how to make the flowers last longer, how to care for them properly, and the basics of color and shape that make a big difference in every arrangement.
At the wreath workshop, you will also get to take home a lovely handmade wreath, and for Christmas we offer nice decorations to make it extra festive.
Small groups - big experiences
Each workshop has space for around ten participants, so we have time for everyone. There's plenty of space, help and inspiration - whether you're a beginner or already a flower fan.
